Just heard the news today.
Johnnie and I go way back to my med school days training at the VA, into residency where she assisted us in the OR and then she honored me by becoming a longstanding patient. She was a force to be reckoned with and a light to all who knew her. Her abiding faith and contagious laughter were always apparent.
I will miss her greatly. My prayers go with all of you as you travel this valley journey until you see her again.Reply

What a Singer! What A Lady! To the Family I express sincere condolences as I leave you with these words of comfort:
Don’t you dare cry for me! You’re not in Heaven and can’t witness marvelous things I am able to see. Streets are paved of silver and gold! All faces seem elated and smiling at me; no one appears tired, too young nor too old. It is seldom very cold or extremely hot up here.Weather conditions are pleasant; water is pure, sweet and crystal clear! There is no crying only laughter where I am! People are wealthy, kind and very loving! There’s no need to say yes sir nor madam! No one cooks meals from heated stoves. Daily meals are deliciously healthy. Food is always fresh, but it is never bought nor is it sold! Hilltops and Valleys are just exquisite to see! This place of exceptional formation called Heaven is much more wondrous than things Earthly! Don’t you dare cry for me you’re not in Heaven and can’t witness marvelous things I am able to see!
Your work on Earth is now done! You did it well! May you rest in the quiet stillness of peace.
To the Family, prayers are being sent up asking God to heal you individually and collectively as a Family unit.🙏🏾🙏🏾
