Centers
The NCH Wellness Centers have over 200 group fitness classes each week including Pilates reformer and aquatic classes. Our instructors have a nationally recognized group fitness certifications and are CPR certified through the American Heart Association.
Each instructor provides proper group exercise instruction appropriate for the class being instructed while offering modifications to accommodate different levels of fitness.
